I'm sure some of you can tell from the strip, but our dogs are like our children. Every night they sleep with us...and every night they squeeze between us. For such little animals they take up a lot of space!
We also have a new edition to the family (no I'm not pregnant)...we got a cat. Her name is Luna and will be making her debut in the next couple of weeks.
I used to sleep with my cat. I had a queen-sized bed and she'd sleep right in the middle of it. For a small cat she sure took up a lot of room. My cat is no longer with me, but now I have a wife and a King-sized bed. Even though my wife is a lot bigger than the cat there's still plenty of room in the bed for the two of us. I think cats (& maybe pets in general) are like the Tardis, only the opposite. Whereas the Tardis is huge but only takes up the space of the average-sized police box, a cat is somehow able to physically occupy an area considerably larger than its tiny body.
